SALON, located in Cape Town's Old Biscuit Mill, is set to be the must-visit fine dining destination this summer. Opened in April 2023, it has quickly gained acclaim for its inventive multi-course menu curated by award-winning restaurateur Luke Dale Roberts and Executive Chef Carla Schulze.
