SALON, located in Cape Town's Old Biscuit Mill, is set to be the must-visit fine dining destination this summer. Opened in April 2023, it has quickly gained acclaim for its inventive multi-course menu curated by award-winning restaurateur Luke Dale Roberts and Executive Chef Carla Schulze. The menu, inspired by Dale Roberts' global culinary experiences, highlights seasonal ingredients and playful interpretations of local flavours, including the South African 'Padkos' as a unique starter.
Recently welcoming award-winning sommelier Tadiswa Chikwanha, SALON enhances its offerings with carefully curated wine and cocktail pairings, further enriching the dining experience. Guests can choose between the elaborate 11-course global tasting menu or a more focused six-course Explorer menu, available year-round for lunch.
