The Swiss Hotel School is one of South Africa’s leading hospitality and culinary training institutions, built on over three decades of practical education, industry connection and graduate success. Based in Johannesburg, SHS prepares students for real careers through accredited culinary and hospitality programmes, hands-on kitchen training, professional service experience and applied learning in its on-campus restaurant, 33 on Bond.
Our culinary students train under experienced chef lecturers in professional kitchens, developing technical skill, discipline and confidence for the modern food industry. Alongside this, our hospitality management students gain the business, leadership and operational grounding needed across hotels, restaurants, lodges, events and entrepreneurship.
